In this course, we want to help you understand the connection between your breath, the mind and your health.
Why is it necessary to understand and learn to breathe better?
Simple, so that I stop reacting to the stresses around me and find a way to “Pause” before responding.
Deeper breathing is the first step to learning to relax. Often when we want to relax, we either end up sitting in front of our screens and soak up the things we view, eat unhealthy comfort foods or we just simply go to sleep. We try shutting out the disturbance or pain. But that in turn only suppresses it, and therefore it then affects us in other ways such as – mood swings, addictions, and depression.
So, breathing is a healthy way of being present with what we are feeling and a healthy way of moving emotional energy through our bodies and releasing it.
